High Performance Training ( consists of 10 to 15 hours per week )
Tournament level/sectional or national ranked juniors only. Emphasizing conditioning, mental toughness, stroke development, feel, tactical strategies, weapon development, how to finish points, routines, development of internal senses, judgment, timing, balance, recognizing opponents strengths and weaknesses, UNDERSTANDING WHAT IS GOING ON BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR OPPONENT.
